A Polish jazz vocalist who blends the swing tradition with contemporary vocal techniques with grace and passion. Graduate of the Jazz Institute at the Karol Szymanowski Academy of Music in Katowice. In his singing he moves freely between lyric and scat.
Since 2015, he has continuously held the title of Vocalist of the Year in the prestigious Jazz Top poll of Jazz Forum magazine — for the tenth consecutive year. Winner of the first prize and the Audience Award at the Shure Montreux Jazz Voice Competition (2013) — a contest held as part of the legendary Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland. He also received the Grand Prix at Jazz Voices in Lithuania (2011) and the Most Distinctive Personality award at the Bielska Zadymka Jazz Festival (2010). His artistry has graced festivals in Switzerland, the Netherlands, Australia, Bulgaria and stages across Poland.
In 2025 he performed at the Fryderyk Jazz Music Gala, presenting "Zielono mi" alongside Leszek Możdżer and Atom String Quartet as a tribute to Jan "Ptaszyn" Wróblewski. He was also a guest of Artur Andrus on his programme Nie do mówienia on RMF Classic — listen to the interview.
In January 2026 he appeared at the Film Song Festival at the Opera Nova in Bydgoszcz, performing alongside acclaimed American artists: Wayne Linsey, Paul Jackson Jr., David Delhomme and Teddy Campbell.
He is also a respected academic — a Doctor of Musical Arts and faculty member at the Academy of Theatre Arts in Kraków.

Celebrating the Journey (2022) — a musical retrospective of a decade, recorded with Bogusław Kaczmar, Michał Kapczuk and Szymon Madej.
Love Revisited (2014) — a duo with Paweł Tomaszewski featuring deep interpretations of jazz ballads.
We'll Be Together Again (2010) — debut with his own quintet — classic jazz standards.
